Oscanner is an Oracle assessment framework developed in Java. It has a plugin-based architecture and comes with a couple of plugins that currently do:

- Sid Enumeration
- Passwords tests (common & dictionary)
- Enumerate Oracle version
- Enumerate account roles
- Enumerate account privileges
- Enumerate account hashes
- Enumerate audit information
- Enumerate password policies
- Enumerate database links

The results are given in a graphical java tree.

The tool has no documentation, but you can supply custom users and passwords in the users.txt and dictionary.txt. The services.txt contains known services. You can expand the users and passwords with the lists from for example Pete Finnigan. I use the -v option to see what the program is doing.

The -r option to create reports does not work, but the application generates default reports in the current directory with the name oscanner_(hostname)_report.xml
